Help desk prices are quoted for the total number of 'Operators' - Support Staff who
will manage the support calls.
Users or Customers who may log and track their own support requests are
unlimited at no charge.
Educational Establishments and Registered Charities are entitled to a 15%
discount on these quoted prices. Please contact

Purchase Orders can may

All purchases include first year of support and maintenance. License key and
invoice will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Refunds Policy
Once a license key is issued, refunds are only given at the discretion of
company management and in accordance with the
End
User License Agreement.
Annual Maintenance
The first year is covered by the price. Annual support and maintenance is
then charged at 15% of the full software cost.
Multiple Copies
Multiple copies of the software may be installed for other support
departments at special rates. Please ask for a quotation.
